Learning Report Update (Report Card Update)

Dear Parkcrest Families,

Please find attached an important letter regarding the new process for accessing Student Learning Reports (Report Cards). We kindly ask that you review the letter carefully.

Family Portal accounts were created on December 6th, and Learning Updates (Report Cards) were published on Monday, December 16th. On December 6th, you received an email from sysadmin@myeducation.gov.bc.ca with your login information. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

If you have another child currently enrolled in a Burnaby high school, you likely already have a parent/caregiver account, which can now be used to access your child’s information at the elementary school level. You do not need to create a new account.

For assistance using the Family Portal, please click here to refer to the Family Portal Instructions for Parents. This booklet provides helpful information, including how to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Please note: We recommend accessing the Family Portal from a computer or laptop, as the portal is not compatible with mobile phones. Once logged in, be sure to download your child’s Learning Update (Report Card). You can either print it or save it as a PDF on your computer. The First Term Learning Update (Report Card) will remain available in the Family Portal until the Second Term Learning Update (Report Card) is published.
