How to Request a Student Enrolment Letter:
To request a student enrolment letter, please send an email to: (parkcrest.info@burnabyschools.ca)
In your email, please include the following required information:
  • Child’s Information: Full Legal Name and Date of Birth (please list this for each child)
  • Parents’ Information: Mother’s and Father’s Full Legal Names
  • Contact Information: Your current home address
