The school parking lot is designated for Staff Only and is not available for student drop-off or pick-up. To help ensure the safety of all students, families, and staff, we ask that everyone follow the posted parking rules and regulations on the streets surrounding the school.
There are several parking areas available on adjacent streets, all within a short walking distance of the school. As we begin the new school year, please review these important reminders:
- Keep crosswalks and intersections clear at all times. Do not stop or park in these areas.
- Halifax Street must remain clear. Please do not stop in the middle of the street to drop off your child. Doing so creates traffic congestion and forces other vehicles to drive around stopped cars, creating unsafe conditions.
- Park on adjacent streets if no parking spaces are available on Halifax Street. Double parking creates safety concerns for students and families.
- Avoid using residential driveways for turning around and refrain from making U-turns near the school while students are walking along sidewalks to and from school.
